San took the win at Sentul International Circuit held as part of the Indonesian
Series of Motorsports in Asian Touring Car Series last round on last Sunday
(09/11/2011), which also make he win the 2011 Asian Touring Car Series
Championship. "This is the happiest day of my life!" said San after winning his seventh race of the season, this also make securing the 2011 Asian Touring Car Series Team Championship for our team. We were rush to wait for the engine, the two engines were sent out for rebuild after last round which are broken cause by overheat problem, and this round we still don’t have any engine back for preparing and we only have one spare car CL7 which that car also have the gearbox problem. "We didn't gave up" said San, even we met the engine delay problem which cause San and Morris started at the last 2nd positions on round 9, we still do our best and try hard to win. When San crossed the finish line leading and completing 15 laps in 25 minute 17.458 seconds in last round, he knows it was a hard race for him and the entire team, this winning is not easy. #35 Morris Chen also got the 4th place for 2 rounds and which widening the team point from other teams. "These not only are his prized but also are the proud of the entire team" said San. We did it!! We win the 2011 ATCS Championship. |
